About SPN Alliance
SPNA is not a reseller front. It is a member-owned organisation created to help service providers collaborate on real infrastructure.
Full Members vote on changes and commercial direction. Associate Members join the community, gain visibility, and can step up when the time is right.
The onboarding path is straightforward: discussion, approval, MOU, fees, access to shared docs and channels, then first deployment.
Members use MIGs to propose ideas, agree terms, and evolve shared services without losing commercial flexibility.
Membership fees
Joining fees are currently waived as a special offer. Membership runs from 1 October to 30 September, with new members charged pro rata to 30 September when they join partway through the year.
| Membership type | Joining fee | Annual membership fee |
|---|---|---|
| Associate Membership | £0 Current special offer | £500 1 October to 30 September |
| Full Membership | £0 Current special offer | £1,800 1 October to 30 September |
Services
01
SPNA operates a dark fibre network around the London metro area, with published member pricing for passive DWDM channel allocation across the estate.
02
Out-of-band connectivity is available around SPNA locations, with public member pricing and straightforward cross-connect options at cost pass-through or member-run.
03
Colocation within the SPNA footprint gives members a practical way to land equipment where shared network access already exists.
04
Services and commercial terms are developed with members, giving a route to shared delivery and lower infrastructure costs without losing flexibility.
How it works
The typical route into SPNA starts with an introductory discussion and use-case review, followed by approval, MOU signing, access to member channels and documentation, then service selection and first deployment.
